Terms of Service

By accessing or using the WedIzi platform at wedizi.com (“the Service”), operated by WedIzi LLC (“WedIzi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms are effective as of April 2026.

WedIzi is a web-based wedding planning software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. The Service provides couples and wedding planners with tools including guest list management, budget tracking, vendor management, file storage, checklist tracking, messaging between couples and planners, and an AI wedding assistant named Anna. WedIzi is a planning tool and does not provide professional wedding coordination, legal advice, financial advice, or vendor recommendations.

To use WedIzi, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

Each individual may maintain only one WedIzi account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials, promo codes, or circumvent restrictions is prohibited and grounds for termination.

Couple plans are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions:

• Annual Plan: $49.99 — full access to all features for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• 2-Year Plan: $99.99 — full access to all features for 2 years from the date of purchase (best value).

No Auto-Renewal: Couple plans do not auto-renew. When your plan expires, your account automatically transitions to view-only mode. You must manually purchase a new plan to regain editing access.

View-Only Mode: After your couple plan expires, you retain full read access to all your wedding planning data. You can view all guests, budgets, vendors, files, notes, checklists, and messages. You can download a comprehensive PDF summary of your wedding. You cannot add, edit, or delete any data while in view-only mode.

Planner plans are recurring subscriptions:

• Monthly: $9.99/month — billed monthly, cancel anytime before your next billing date.
• Annual: $99.99/year — billed once per year, saves $19.89 compared to monthly billing.

Continuous Access: Planners retain full access to all features, including unlimited client workspaces, as long as their subscription is active. There is no expiry model — access continues indefinitely with an active subscription.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access until that date. After cancellation takes effect, your account is deactivated (not deleted).

Data Retention on Lapse: If your planner subscription lapses, all your data — including client workspaces, checklists, and files — is retained for 90 days. If you resubscribe within 90 days, your account and all data are fully restored. After 90 days without reactivation, all account data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

WedIzi may offer promotional codes that grant free access to the platform for a specified duration. Promo codes are subject to the following conditions:

• Each promo code may be used only once and only by one account
• Promo codes are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Promo access does not automatically convert to a paid plan — you must purchase a plan when your promo period expires
• WedIzi reserves the right to revoke promo codes at any time for any reason
• Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers or retroactively applied to existing purchases

WedIzi facilitates collaboration between wedding planners and couples through an invite system. When a planner invites a couple (or a couple invites their planner):

• Both parties consent to sharing relevant wedding planning data between their accounts
• Shared data includes guest lists, budgets, checklists, vendor information, files, and messages
• Planners can view and edit their clients’ wedding data within their planner workspace
• Either party may terminate the connection at any time, which revokes the planner’s access to the couple’s data

WedIzi is not a party to any agreement between planners and couples. We are not responsible for the services, fees, or conduct of any wedding planner using our platform.

WedIzi includes an AI wedding assistant named Anna, powered by Anthropic’s Claude API. Important disclaimers regarding Anna:

• Anna’s responses are AI-generated suggestions only and should not be relied upon as professional advice
• Anna does not provide legal, financial, medical, or binding vendor recommendations
• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• You should independently verify any information or recommendations provided by Anna
• WedIzi is not liable for any decisions made based on Anna’s responses

WedIzi’s Property: The WedIzi platform, including its design, code, branding, logos, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by WedIzi LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our platform without express written permission.

Your Data: You retain full ownership of all personal data and content you upload to WedIzi, including guest lists, photos, documents, notes, and messages. By using the Service, you grant WedIzi a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You agree not to use WedIzi to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or copyrighted content you do not own
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, planners, couples, or vendors
• Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or hack the platform
• Use Anna AI to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content
• Defraud couples, planners, or vendors through the platform
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WEDIZI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WEDIZI DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEDIZI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, WEDDING PLANNING OUTCOMES, VENDOR DISPUTES, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. WEDIZI IS A PLANNING TOOL AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SUCCESS, FAILURE, OR ANY ASPECT OF YOUR WEDDING EVENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of WedIzi after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
