Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the WedIzi platform at wedizi.com, operated by WedIzi LLC. By using WedIzi, you agree to comply with this policy. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users, including couples and wedding planners.

You may not upload, share, or store any content on WedIzi that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or violates any applicable law or regulation
• Is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or hateful
• Infringes on the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party
• Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Contains personally identifiable information of others without their consent
• Is sexually explicit or exploitative in nature
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities

You may not engage in any of the following conduct while using WedIzi:

• Harassment: Using the platform to harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten couples, planners, vendors, or any other individuals
• Credential sharing: Sharing your login credentials with unauthorized users or allowing others to access your account
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise discover the source code of the WedIzi platform
• Scraping and automated access: Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated tools to access, extract, or index WedIzi content or data
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to WedIzi systems, other user accounts, or connected third-party services
• Impersonation: Creating fake accounts or impersonating any person or entity, including WedIzi staff
• Fraud: Using the platform to defraud couples, planners, vendors, or any other party. This includes wedding planners misrepresenting their services, qualifications, or fees
• Spam: Using WedIzi’s messaging or invite features to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam
• Circumvention: Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials, promo codes, or circumvent account restrictions or bans
• Interference: Disrupting or interfering with the platform’s operation, performance, or security, including denial-of-service attacks or deliberate overloading of systems

WedIzi’s AI wedding assistant, Anna, is powered by Anthropic’s Claude API and is subject to the following usage restrictions:

• You may not use Anna to generate harmful, deceptive, threatening, or illegal content
• You may not attempt to manipulate Anna into producing content that violates this AUP
• You may not use Anna to generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• You may not use Anna’s responses to misrepresent AI-generated content as professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.)
• You may not use Anna for any purpose unrelated to wedding planning

Wedding planners using WedIzi have additional responsibilities:

• Planners must not use the platform to defraud or deceive couples
• Planners must accurately represent their services, qualifications, and fees outside of WedIzi
• Planners must respect the privacy of their clients’ wedding data and not share it with unauthorized third parties
• Planners must not access client data after the planner-couple connection has been terminated
• Planners must comply with all applicable professional regulations and licensing requirements in their jurisdiction

WedIzi reserves the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content that we reasonably believe violates this Acceptable Use Policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable law. We may do so without prior notice to the user.

If you believe content on WedIzi violates this policy, please report it to legal@wedizi.com with a description of the content and the reason you believe it is in violation.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at WedIzi’s sole discretion:

• Warning: A written warning via email describing the violation and required corrective action
• Temporary suspension: Temporary restriction of account access while the violation is investigated
• Permanent termination: Immediate and permanent termination of your WedIzi account without refund
• Legal action: Referral to law enforcement or pursuit of legal remedies where appropriate

Serious violations — including fraud, hacking, harassment, and distribution of illegal content — will result in immediate account termination without prior warning and without refund.

If you witness or experience any behavior that violates this policy, please report it immediately to legal@wedizi.com. Include as much detail as possible, including screenshots if applicable. All reports are reviewed confidentially.

WedIzi reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of WedIzi after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
