Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which WedIzi LLC (“WedIzi”) may issue refunds for purchases made on wedizi.com. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. WedIzi does not store any credit card or payment information.

Couple Plans (One-Time Purchases)

Couple plans are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. The following refund policies apply:

Annual Plan ($49.99) and 2-Year Plan ($99.99):

  • Within 48 hours of purchase: A full refund may be requested if the account has not been meaningfully used. “Meaningfully used” is defined as fewer than 3 logins and no data entered (no guests, budget items, vendors, files, or notes added). To request a refund, email billing@wedizi.com with your account email and the reason for your request.
  • After 48 hours: All purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Early discontinuation: If you choose to stop using WedIzi before your plan expires, no refund or credit is provided for the remaining time. Your account will transition to view-only mode at the end of your plan period.

Wedding Planner Plans (Recurring Subscriptions)

Monthly Plan ($9.99/month):

  • Monthly charges are non-refundable after the billing date.
  • To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel your subscription before your next billing date.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.

Annual Plan ($99.99/year):

  • A refund of unused months may be considered on a case-by-case basis if: (a) the request is made within 7 days of the annual charge, and (b) the account has had minimal usage during the current billing year.
  • After 7 days, annual charges are non-refundable.
  • To request a refund, email billing@wedizi.com with your account email, purchase date, and reason for your request.

Promo Code Periods

Promotional codes grant free access to WedIzi for a specified duration. Since no payment is charged during a promo period, there is nothing to refund. When a promo period expires, access ends and the user must purchase a plan to continue. Promo periods do not automatically convert to paid plans.

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us at billing@wedizi.com before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly and fairly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting WedIzi will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account. This includes loss of access to all data stored in your account. Account termination due to a chargeback is not reversible, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
  • WedIzi will send a confirmation email once the refund has been submitted for processing.

Exceptions

WedIzi reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion in cases of documented technical failures, billing errors, or extraordinary circumstances. Each exception request is evaluated individually.
